Understanding how Superbots billing works:

Upfront Payment at Registration

When you complete registration, you'll be charged:

  • Setup Cost: One-time fee for bot configuration and activation
  • First Month: Your first month of service

Both charges are processed together at the time of registration.

Ongoing Monthly Billing:

  • After your first month, you'll be billed monthly on your anniversary date
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
  • All prices vary by country/region and are displayed in your local currency during registration

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit Cards: Major debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logos
  • PayPal: Available for select plans

All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. We never store your complete card details on our servers.

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal
  2. Navigate to the billing/subscription section
  3. Click to access the payments portal (accessible only from within the portal)
  4. Select "Update Payment Method"
  5. Enter your new payment details
  6. Save changes

Important Notes:

  • Update your payment info before your card expires to avoid service interruption
  • Changes take effect immediately
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when payment details are updated

  • Daily/monthly spending limit reached

How to Resolve: Update your payment information immediately in your Customer Portal to restore service.

📄 Invoices & Receipts

Accessing Your Invoices:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal
  2. Navigate to billing/subscription section
  3. Access the payments portal
  4. View payment history and download invoices

What's Included on Invoices:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Itemized charges (setup costs, monthly fees, bot subscriptions)
  • Payment method used
  • Your company/billing information
  • Tax/VAT information (if applicable)

Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment and emailed to your registered email address.

🔧 Common Billing Issues

Issue: Can't access payment portal

The payment portal can ONLY be accessed through your Customer Portal. You cannot visit it directly via URL. Log in to portal.superbots.online first.

Issue: Incorrect billing amount

Verify what's included in your subscription and check for any recent changes to your bots or plan. Contact support if you believe there's an error.

Issue: Duplicate charges

Contact support immediately via email with your invoice numbers. We'll investigate and process refunds for any confirmed duplicate charges within 5-7 business days.

Issue: Card declined but funds available

Contact your bank - they may have flagged the transaction as suspicious. Once approved by your bank, try the payment again or use an alternative payment method.
