My chatbot isn't working after the system update. What do I do?

Here's how to update (takes 30 seconds):
- Log in to your Customer Portal
- Go to your admin dashboard
- Look for the yellow "Update Bot" button
- Click it and your bot will be updated instantly!

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
+You have two easy options to reset your password:
Option 1: Self-Service Reset
- Visit portal.superbots.online/forgot-password
- Enter your email address
- Follow the reset link sent to your email
Option 2: Chat with Sarah (Our AI Assistant)
- Chat with Sarah here
- She'll verify your identity using security questions
- After verification, she'll reset your password to
Abcd1234@ - Log in with the temporary password and change it in your account settings
Important: For security reasons, make sure to change the temporary password after logging in!
How do I change my password?
+To change your password:
- Log in to your Customer Portal
- Click on "Personal Profile" in the sidebar
- Click "Edit Profile"
- Update your password in the security section
- Save your changes
I'm not receiving the password reset email. What should I do?
+If you're not receiving the password reset email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes - emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive
- Add [email protected] to your contacts

All of this is managed from the "My Bots" section in your portal!
How do I integrate my bot into my website?

- Click on your bot to view integration options
- Copy the provided embed code
- Paste it into your website before the closing
