⚠️ Bot Not Responding At All?
Check your payment status immediately! If your account payment is overdue, your bot will be automatically suspended on day 15 and will stop responding to customers. Log in to your Customer Portal to check your payment status and update your billing information if needed.
🚀 System Updates & Bot Issues
My bot isn't working after the system update
After our recent AI system upgrade, your bot needs a quick update to work with the new system.
Solution:
- Log in to your Customer Portal
- Navigate to your admin dashboard
- Look for the yellow "Update Bot" button
- Click it to update instantly (takes about 30 seconds)
All your settings and training data will be preserved during the update!
My bot status shows as "Pending"
Your bot hasn't been activated yet by our support team.
Solution:
Bot activation is a manual process performed by our support team:
- Timeline: Allow up to 7 business days
- Typical: 90% of bots activated within 48 hours
- What to do: Wait for activation email
- Urgent? Contact support to check status
Bot suddenly stopped responding
Your bot was working fine but has now stopped completely.
Solution:
Most Common Cause: Payment Issue
- Check your Customer Portal payment status
- Verify your payment method is valid and up to date
- If payment is overdue past day 15, your bot is suspended
- Update payment information to reactivate immediately
Note: Bots are automatically suspended on day 15 of non-payment and will not respond until payment is received.

Can't log in to my account
You're unable to access your Customer Portal.
Solution:
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Check if Caps Lock is enabled
- Try resetting your password at portal.superbots.online/forgot-password
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser or incognito mode

Not receiving password reset emails
You requested a password reset but the email never arrived.
Solution:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive
- Make sure you entered the correct email address

⚙️ Bot Configuration Issues
Bot not responding correctly to questions
Your bot is active but giving incorrect or irrelevant answers.
Solution:

- Allow 5-10 minutes for changes to take effect

Website chat widget not appearing
You've installed the code but the chat widget doesn't show on your site.
Solution:
- Verify the embed code is placed before the closing </body> tag
- Clear your browser cache and hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
- Check browser console for JavaScript errors
- Ensure your bot is activated (not "Pending")
- Verify your subscription payment is current
- Test on a different device or browser

Your payment didn't go through and your subscription may be at risk.
Solution:

Can't access my invoices
You need invoices for your records or accounting.
Solution:
- Log in to your Customer Portal
- Navigate to the billing/subscription section
- Access the payments portal (portal-only access)
- View and download past invoices

🔌 Connection & Performance Issues
Bot responding very slowly
Your bot works but takes a long time to respond.
Solution:
- Check your internet connection speed
- Verify the issue persists across different devices
- Check if you're experiencing high traffic volumes
- Try clearing browser cache
- If issues persist for more than 1 hour, contact support
API connection errors
Getting connection errors or timeouts when accessing bot management.
Solution:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Check your firewall isn't blocking Superbots domains
- Verify you're accessing through the Customer Portal
- Try a different browser or clear your cache
- Check if there's a scheduled maintenance window
